New names of pagasti

This is the list of the new names for pagasti that were introduced on December 30, 1939. At that time, after the ethnic Germans resettled to the former Polish territories, the Latvia government began some activities to erase the hints at the German ruling in Latvia. For this reason the pagasti names that were coined using the word muiža (manor) were changed to politically correct ones.
