	Eduards Leimanis	Inscription: vanags Eduards Leimanis. Vanags (falcon) means that he was a member of the pre-war youth organization "Latvijas vanagi". He wore the uniform of aizsargi organization.
	H.Leingards	Inscription made on Feb. 5, 1941: SZMP Rīgas pils. 12.nodaļas III raj. pilnv. allows to conclude that he was a Soviet militia man in Riga.
	J. Liberts	He was the commander of a platoon in Russia Army in the time of WW1 and presented the photograph to one of his soldiers
