says in the inscription that the other person is his mate Jānis Eiduks
from Ērgļi. Unfortunately, it is not known who is who. They are in the uniform
of the Russia Army. |

unfamiliar. The text was written in 1927 |

ļoti sen atpakaļ.
He was a uradnik (policeman) in Sabile before the WW1, according to the
inscription made much later. |

The photograph was made in St. Petersbourg before the WW1.
The inscription is in Russian and says that Jurij Indrikovič i.e. Juris
son of Indriķis Jurgevičs worked as a joiner (cabinet-maker) in the workshop
Nr. 36. The information is certifed by the manager of a joiners shop Sauļevič. |
